Service work that we perform has a standard 30-day warranty. An Energy Savings Agreement is also offered for routine maintenance on equipement.

Jacksonville Heating recommends that consumers have their equipment serviced twice a year. With the Energy Savings Agreement, customers will receive a 15% discount on repairs and parts that may be needed throughout the year. Energy Savings Agreement customers also receive priority scheduling for service calls.

Jacksonville Heating also offers products for Air Quality, such as electronic air cleaners and UV lights. We service all makes and models of HVAC systems, including residential and commercial.

Extended Warranty

At Jacksonville Heating Contractors, Inc. we understand that the rising costs of Service calls can be overwhelming. We offer Extended Warranties on our equipment and, depending on the age of the equipment, existing systems may be eligible for an extended warranty.

There are many benefits to having this coverage, whether your equipment is brand new or a few years old. For new equipment, the manufacturers provide you with a standard limited parts warranty, meaning your dealer will repair/replace any parts within the standard limited warranty period; however, you are responsible for the dealers labor costs, diagnostic fee’s and refrigerant costs.

Today’s service calls can be expensive with parts and labor costs continuing to rise each year. A service call to replace a minor part can cost $200.00 or more. With an extended warranty you will have the the peace of mind knowing that you will not have to worry about the repair costs of the equipment on covered repairs.
