Scott is highly motivated and enthusiastic when it comes to making his customers happy. Seven years ago Scott began working here as an installer and received his EPA license, he completed Trane’s Boot camp, and is a Top Gun Installer of Excellence. Now Scott helps customers figure out what equipment best fits their needs and supervises his jobs. Scott is a “strong believer in indoor air quality” and knows the best way to ensure your comfort and health.
Kevin Harvey
Service Technician and Expert Comfort Consultant
After 11 years of HVAC experience, 5 of which were spent at Jacksonville Heating, Kevin is eager to help you find the right equipment to fit your needs. Kevin is also skilled in service and installation and has received both his Journeyman’s license and his universal EPA certification.
Ronnie Jenkins
General Manager
Ronnie isn’t the prettiest thing to look at, and he doesn’t make up for it with his personality, but he is a really hard worker and has been loyal to Jacksonville Heating since 1988. Ronnie has his H2 and H3 mechanical and electrical license and is the most knowledgeable person to talk to about your heating and A/C needs both commercial and residential.

Shop Manager and Commercial Coordinator
Mr. Stroud is the definition of a loyal employee. He has worked here for 45 years and has seen the company grow from the beginning to what it is today. Mr. Stroud has worked in positions from an installer to sales and continues to lead by example as a steadfast and dedicated part of Jacksonville Heating.

Originally from Virginia, Brenda moved to North Carolina and began working for a CPA. After 14 years she joined the team here at Jacksonville Heating. After working here for nearly 7 years, Brenda has become one of the most experienced in the office. Brenda is an active member of the First Christian Church in Richlands..
Robin Jarman

Robin has been one of the most loyal and dependable employees here at Jacksonville Heating. For the past 15 years she has provided the best customer service possible. As the first person you see when you walk in the door, Robin ensures that your first impression is a good one.

Pat has gained 35+ years of bookkeeping experience. Her excellent organizational skills keep us on point and provide you with prompt, reliable service. Pat is an avid Carolina Tarheels fan..."GO HEELS."
 Ed Quigley
Warehouse Manager
Ed has served the past two years with Jacksonville Heating after working as a corporate trainer for Teletech. Prior to that he served for 24 years in the Marine Corps. Ed’s hometown is Philadelphia, which explains why he is such an Eagles fan.
Tiffany Thompson
Contracting Logistics
Tiffany’s easy going personality and candor would lead you to believe that she grew up here in the south rather than her hometown outside of Chicago. She is OSHA certified and has many years in the contracting field which has provided her with the experience and knowledge that she now uses when handling logistics.
