Jacksonville Heating Contractors was founded in 1959 by Lloyd Respass, a local, community oriented gentleman. By taking care of his customers, Mr. Respass developed an outstanding reputation. As Mr. Respass began to plan for retirement, he knew he needed to pass the business on to someone with integrity and determination and that shared his business values.

In 1987, Mr. Respass sold the company to a family friend, Randy Ramsey. “I knew it was a good business. I didn’t know anything about air conditioning; I just knew I could take care of a customer.” Since then the company has continued to grow to serve an increasing demand in the Carolinas. Jacksonville Heating Contractors offers a single source for all major residential and commercial services; heating and air conditioning, air quality systems, exhaust fans, and air purification systems.
